Starter Pokemon: (Must be one of the starter pokemon that will start at level 5. If they belong to a specific team, only certain types will be allowed depending on which team it is.)

History: (If they belong to a team, tell what lead them to choose that team or occupation. If not, then give an explanation of what made them interested in pokemon and why their starter).
